1. Can I order by phone or email? Yes, you can make orders via phone or emails. For phone orders, please call our customer support hotline 0719706020 or 0722563726. For emails orders, please use orders@joeelectricals.co.ke 2. Do you have a minimum order for shipping? No, as long as you are able to bear the shipping cost 3 Do you require payment first before shipping? We prefer payment before shipping particularly if you are a new client 4 Which means of payment do you accept? We accept cash, Mpesa, and bank deposit slips for local customers For East Africa based customers we also accept MPESA, direct bank deposits.

1. Where are your stores located? We have two main stores: Karatina branch located in Tagwa Holdings Building, former Waima Building, which serves east and central Kenya. You can get in touch with customer support via 07108222389/0722598612. Nairobi store/branch is located in Electronic House, opposite Yassin Plaza, 1st floor, Luthuli Avenue. This is our main supply and coordination center which serves all local, regional and international customers. Yes, we offer technical support you need when purchasing and after. Our staff will help you to resolve common technical problems in case you require any technical assistance. Please feel free to contact us. 3. What times are your stores open? Joe Electrical shops are open daily from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. We are normally closed during public holidays observed in Kenya. However, our customer care lines are opened even when the stores are closed
3C. Shipping and handling
1. When will my orders be shipped after payment? We will try to ship your order within 24hours after payment 2. What are your shipping rates? We will give your market rates as will be provided by shipping services we will contract or you will request us to use. 3. What should I do when I receive package? Please make sure all items ordered are included. In case of missing item, please contact us immediately
4D. Return Policy and Warranty
1. Can I return defective products? We can accept return of defectives products as long as we can be assured that they came as a result of fault in manufacturer. 2. Do you give warranty? Yes, we give warranty of between 3 and 12 months 4. What are the conditions of warranty? Warrant covers defects as a result of manufacture’s fault. Warranty does not cover damages as a result of negligence, poor handling, electric fault or imperfect damage
